Pop-Up Menu:
Hwe Dup Bap Bowl: $18
Korean-style sashimi, rice and salad bowl with fresh vegetables, brought together with a tangy, spicy Cho-jang sauce.
Sashimi Quality Wild Caught and Ethically Sourced Ahi Tuna, Hamachi & Salmon on a bed of Organic Lettuce, Cucumber, Carrots, Garlic, Microgreens, Perilla Leaf with a scoop of rice and topped with Tobiko Flying Fish Roe, Nori, Sesame Seeds, and Edible Flowers then dressed with Toasted Sesame Oil and Choo’s homemade Cho-jang sauce, a spicy tangy Korean dressing made from Gochujang.
Korean Spicy Pork Tacos: $5 each
Choo's tacos were inspired by the Los Angeles taco truck revolution.
Tacos start with mildly-spicy marinated pork shoulder that is cooked to perfection. They are assembled on Mission-based La Palma Mexicatessen hand-made corn tortillas layered with perilla leaf, red onion, cilantro, pickled radish, jalapeno, roasted whole garlic clove and topped with cotija cheese and a squirt of Sriracha sauce.
Homemade Cho-jang
We sell our homemade Cho-jang Sauce in 8oz bottles for $10.

Our first Pop-Up at Folklore in Napa on 7/21/2024 was a great success! We sold out of tacos and the bowls were also a big hit. We are so grateful to the fabulous Folklore team. Thank you for the opportunity Faith!

Our FIRST Pop-Up was a blast. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us at Tannery Bend Beerworks in Napa. We sold out of bowls and cho-jang!
